I know I haven’t told you, and I’m sorry. Let’s just say an adventure will be taken outside of the North American continent for the first time. I’m so FREAKING EXCITED!

It’s too soon to tell you where I’m going so just be patient. The trip is in two months, so I have until then to get a couple of things ready. Here is what I have so far;

Trek kit so far

This is what i have so far.

Let me tell you a little more about these things

Osprey Atmos 50 AG

First off, the main piece, my awesome Osprey Atmos 50 AG backpack. Let me go ahead and tell you; this pack is fantastic! It’s so comfortable that once I put it on, I don’t wanna take it off. The comfort is 10/10. I should mention, it was pretty pricey but well worth it.

Osprey’s “All Mighty Guarantee” also helped with making this decision.

Some of the other things I’ve purchased include two pairs of pants. I don’t remember the brand, but I do remember buying them because of they’re “quick dry” material. Meaning it doesn’t take long for them to dry out when wet. also as I’ve just recently learned, they are also hydrophobic which is a plus.

Quick dry pants and long johns

I’ve  also purchased my Emergency Poncho, head lamp, journal, solar power pack, and quick-dry towel.

As I progressively get more of the things I’m going to need I’ll keep this post updated. I think I’m lacking a good pair of shoes, socks,  shirts, jacket, and patience.
